Ways to say Thank You when you've had a great experience
We are happy you had a positive experience at Witham and would like to say Thank You. One important way you can do this is through completing any survey you receive via mail, email, or text message after your visit. Another way is to nominate a Witham nurse for a Daisy Award or a non-nursing team member for a Sunflower Award.

DAISY Award honorees are nurses who personify Witham’s remarkable patient experience. These nurses consistently demonstrate excellence through their clinical expertise and extraordinary compassionate care. They are recognized as outstanding role models in our nursing community. The DAISY Award is an international program that rewards and celebrates the extraordinary compassionate and skillful care given by nurses every day. Witham recognizes two nurses each year. Sunflower Award honorees are non-nursing team members who personify Witham’s remarkable patient experience. These tea, members consistently demonstrate excellence through their expertise and extraordinary compassionate care. They are recognized as outstanding role models in our Witham community. The Sunflower Award is a special program Witham offers to exemplify a staff member who touches people’s lives every day. Witham recognizes two honorees each year.
