Witham is central to a thriving and growing community in Boone County Indiana.
Our main campus in Lebanon includes a 60-bed acute care facility. Lebanon is located 30 minutes northwest of Indianapolis on I-65. In addition to Lebanon we have primary and specialty care clinics in Crawfordsville, Frankfort, Jamestown, Thorntown, Whitestown, and Zionsville. In Whitestown Witham also operates a freestanding 24/7 ER that is fully equipped with walk-in and ambulance entrances, trauma capabilities, triage exam and observation rooms.
