Caring for our Community
Witham Health Services Sponsorship Guidelines
Witham Health Services desires to collaborate with other not-for-profit organizations that are working to improve the health of the communities we serve. We seek to strategically align our limited sponsorship dollars with entities that share this goal.
Request for sponsorships and in-kind donations are processed twice a year. The application due May 1 will be available in the Spring.
Submission deadlines:
- November 1 to be awarded for events occurring between January 1 - June 30
- May 1 to be awarded for events occurring between July 1 - December 31
Higher consideration will be given to proposals that:
- Improve the health of the communities we serve
- Promote wellness
- Address Community Health Needs Assessment (CHNA) goals
