Witham Health Services delivers first baby of 2026

LEBANON, Ind. - Congratulations to Aissata Mbaye and Abou Ngaide on the birth of their baby boy on Friday, January 2, 2026. Beshir Ngaide was born at 9:19 a.m. weighing 5 lbs. and 12 oz. and is 19 inches long. Beshir is welcomed home by siblings Fatimata, Abdulay and Aissata.
As the first baby of the new year born at Witham, the family was presented with gifts from local businesses that totaled more than $2,000 in gift cards and items.
