MDVIP’s annual fee covers the Wellness Program and generally can be made in quarterly, semi-annual and annual payments

Quarterly: $537.50 every 3 months
Semi-Annual: $1,075 every 6 months
Annual: $2,150 each year

Your annual fee pays for preventive care medical services that insurance usually doesn’t cover (e.g., advanced diagnostic testing and screenings). Dr. Shull will continue to bill your insurance and charge copays, co-insurances and deductibles as he does for other medical services like sick visits.
