Each Board member plays a vital role in the success of Witham Health Services by monitoring decisions and actions to ensure they conform to Board policy and produce the intended results.

The Board of Trustees is responsible for organizational oversight in five key areas: Mission and Planning, Quality of Care, Finance Oversight, Management and Organizational Effectiveness. Throughout its history, Witham has remained focused on serving the needs of the people in Boone County and beyond. As the dynamics of healthcare have changed, so has this remarkable organization. It has moved beyond the walls of Witham Memorial Hospital to establish Witham Health Services throughout Boone County including healthcare in Crawfordsville, Frankfort, Jamestown, Lebanon, Thorntown, Whitestown at Anson and Zionsville communities

The Board of Trustees meets every month. Announcements are posted at the entrance of our administration offices on the main hospital campus in Lebanon and at the entrance to the meeting in the Jack Jones Community Room in North Pavilion B.
