Healthy Super Bowl Recipe

- 3 ripe avocados, peeled and pitted
- 2 green onions, diced
- ½ cup diced cherry tomatoes
- ¼ cup green pepper, diced
- 1-2 garlic cloves, peeled and pressed
- 1 teaspoon pink Himalayan salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 jalapeno pepper, diced (if desire)
Mash all together. Serve with bell pepper strips, cucumber slices, carrots or celery sticks.
