It’s been said that you can’t really know where you’re going unless you know where you have been, so be sure to take some time this week to set some intentions for 2024!




If you need a little prompting, here are a few questions to ask yourself:

1. What were the best parts of this past year of your life? Struggling to remember? Pull out your calendar, camera roll, social media or even ask a loved one to spark your memory! You’ll be shocked how much you’ve accomplished this year. Reflect and celebrate YOURSELF!

2. What were the hardest aspects of this year? Or what challenges, struggles, heartaches and/or disappointments have you survived and conquered?

3. What did you learn about yourself this year? Each year brings a wealth of knowledge, so be sure to tap into the lessons!

4. What are you going to STOP doing in 2024? Sometimes, it is more effective to STOP doing something than to try to add things to your life.

5. What are you going to CONTINUE doing in 2024? What IS working in your life?

6. What do you want to START doing in 2024?
