Dr. Candy Riggins named Boone County Outstanding Healthcare Professional of the Year Award

Congratulations to Dr. Candy Riggins, recipient of the Boone County Outstanding Healthcare Professional of the Year Award, presented by Witham Health Services at the Boone County Chamber of Commerce Award Celebration on Thursday, March 5.

This award recognizes an individual who exemplifies the very best in healthcare; someone who delivers exceptional patient care, earns the trust and respect of colleagues, and contributes meaningfully to the health and wellbeing of our community.

Throughout her 19 years at Witham Health Services, Dr. Riggins has become known not only for her clinical knowledge, but for the way she connects with her patients and their families. Dr. Riggins’ compassion and dedication make a profound difference in the lives of children and families throughout Boone County. We are incredibly fortunate to have her serving our community.
