Niha Qureshi, P.A.-C.

I'm a certified Physician Assistant with a passion for providing compassionate, patient-centered care. I enjoy building long-term relationships with my patients and helping them take an active role in their health. My background includes experience in lab sciences, medical scribing across various specialties, and diverse clinical rotations, including family medicine, internal care and several others. I especially enjoy working with patients on chronic disease management and preventative health. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my friends and family, hiking, cooking, and painting.

My favorite part of being a healthcare provider is uncovering the ‘why’ behind a patient’s symptoms and working with them to find the best path forward. My experience as a medical scribe and laboratory scientist really sparked that investigative side of me. I loved playing the role of a detective, piecing together clinical clues and seeing how every detail contributed to the bigger picture. That hands-on involvement in patient care helped solidify my passion for becoming a provider and deepened my commitment to delivering thoughtful, evidence-based care.

I chose Witham because I was drawn to the organization’s reputation for patient-centered care and community involvement. As a new graduate, I was looking for a place where I could continue growing in a supportive environment while making a meaningful impact. I also appreciate the opportunity to work in a setting where I can build long-term relationships with patients and grow alongside a dedicated team.
