Jason Everman, D.O.

I am an Osteopathic Family Medicine physician who believes in treating the whole patient, not just the symptoms. I work closely with my patients to try to identify quality of life factors that are reasonable to attain for patients, identify what medically is holding them back, and create a comprehensive stepwise plan to better attain those quality of life factors. I focus on healthy nutrition, sleep hygiene, cardiovascular exercise goals, mental health, and any acute or chronic medical issues that we can improve to help the patient align more with their quality of life factors.

I truly enjoy working with a strong healthcare team to individualize patient care to each and every person of the community. I enjoy getting to know a patient’s quality of life factors, and helping them to identify a path that better promotes them attaining their best quality of life. I have also had the pleasure of working with students and residents every year for the last 15 years, and love watching them develop those crucial skills which they need to become a Witham Health Services quality physician in the future.

I believe Witham Health Services has the best vision for patient-centered care. I know Witham is very in touch with the communities it serves and continues to build health care teams that support the communities through individualized health care. I feel the ability of the primary care physician to be able to contact and communicate with specialists in real time allows the healthcare team a higher level of patient care.
