My favorite part of being a health care provider is building real relationships with patients-earning their trust and walking with them through every stage of life. When the patients trust me with their most precious commodity, their health, that is a gift.

Born in Florida as the youngest of 5 children, I moved to Indiana as a child and was raised in Culver. After attending nursing school, I moved to California and worked as a surgical nurse until deciding to advance my career by becoming a Physician Assistant. Years of nursing augmented by this additional training, best prepared me for direct patient care, thereafter working in both Family Medicine and Dermatology. 

A return to Indiana with family came along with specialty career opportunities including Interventional Radiology and subspecialty Pediatric Dermatology where I was involved in the treatment of children with vascular birthmarks. During this time I was also busy raising twin daughters who went to Zionsville Schools. 

Now adults, my daughters and I enjoy travel, beaches, movies and spending time with friends and family. I look forward to joining Witham Health Services at Anson where I can continue to provide comprehensive primary care with special areas of interest in patient education, medication management, mental health and dermatology. I chose Witham Family Medicine because I believe healthcare is built on relationships. In a smaller hospital practice, I get to  know patients beyond the chart - and that is where real healing happens.
