Witham's American Diabetes Association (ADA) recognized Diabetic Education is designed for people with pre-diabetes, diabetes, or gestational diabetes. Date/Times are flexible depending on your schedule and needs. Class content varies per individual assessment and doctor's order. Classes are held at Witham Health Services in Lebanon and at our Anson location. Please call 765-485-8120 to set up a time. Registration is required and a physician referral is needed. The fee for these classes is covered by Medicare, Medicaid and some Commercial Payors.
