2029 Medical Scholarship
Our medical scholarship is funded through an endowment, which means it’s structured to be sustainable long-term. In order to preserve that financial sustainability, we are only able to select one new recipient every four years. This ensures that we can fully support one student throughout their entire medical education, without drawing down the fund too quickly. Applications for the next award will open in May 2029 to honor Dr. John Horvath and can be accessed here.
Witham Health Services Foundation is excited to congratulate Alexis Klink, as the 2021 recipient of the Dr. John Horvath Scholarship on behalf of Witham Health Services. Alexis is a graduate of Western Boone High School. She is attending Marian University's School of Osteopathic Medicine.
