Established in 1981, Witham Toxicology Laboratory has earned laboratory certification from: CLIA (Clinical Laboratory Improvement Act), JCAHO (Joint Commission of Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations), OSHA and the State Board of Health. In addition, our laboratory is a 23 year participant in the College of American Pathologists' proficiency testing for Forensic Toxicology Laboratories.

Lab Efficiency
Located in central Indiana northwest of Indianapolis Witham's laboratory features state of the art instrumentation and reporting. All preliminary samples are tested on an Olympus AU 640 and confirmed by Gas Chromatography/Mass Spectroscopy (GC/MS). A predetermined work flow system is in place from the initial testing of a sample to its reporting. Our lab's method of checks and balances assures accuracy and efficiency. 

Drug Collection Kits
In the spirit of community, Witham Toxicology Laboratory offers urine drug collection kits for parents or legal guardians to use in the privacy of their own home. The kits are available for a minimal fee, have postage paid return labels and come with instructions for proper collection procedures. All results are confidential.
