Building renovations and additions have taken place at Witham approximately every 20 years since 1917.

Since 1917, the people of Witham Health Services have touched the lives of Boone Country residents. You can say we've cared for area residents for generations.

Witham Memorial Hospital was established in 1915 and officially opened on February 5, 1917. Flavius J. Witham, a farmer from Clinton Township in Boone County, donated $15,000 in 1915 to assist in building the hospital, located at 2605 North Lebanon Street in Lebanon, Indiana.

In 2003 Witham opened a 128,000 square foot replacement hospital. The new hospital provides state-of-the-art technology and services while ensuring patient privacy and comfort.

Today, Witham Health Services is a progressive, modern health care provider. We offer many of the medical services people need throughout their lifetime, right here, close to home. Whatever your health care needs are in the future, you won't have to travel to another city for quality care.

With our physicians, specialists, and advanced equipment and procedures, you can count on exceptional care in friendly, familiar surroundings with your family and friends nearby. If you're hospitalized, your treatment will be managed by a physician or specialist you know and trust. Our staff takes pride in providing high quality care with a caring touch.
