Established in 1983, the Witham Health Services Foundation has since become a cornerstone of support for Witham Health Services. Driven by the belief that the residents of Boone County deserve local healthcare, technology, education, and care, the Foundation seeks philanthropic contributions to provide funding necessary to ensure the future of our local health care services at Witham Health Services.

Funding for these programs and services is made possible through donations and gifts from members of the community, businesses, and other organizations, as well as our employees and physicians.
