Witham Health Services Sponsorship Program

Witham Health Services is committed to improving the health of our community through genuine care and unwavering support. Guided by our vision to provide exceptional and easy experiences to all we serve, we strive to work alongside organizations that share our dedication to community well-being.

Rooted in our values of honesty, thoughtfulness, professionalism, and a supportive community, Witham seeks to strategically align our limited sponsorship resources with not-for-profit partners whose efforts help advance healthier communities throughout the areas we serve.

Guidelines

In the evaluation of sponsorship opportunities, priority will be given to proposals that address the following:

Improves health of the communities we serve
Promotes wellness
Addresses Community Health Needs Assessment (CHNA) goals
Provides exposure and positive public awareness for Witham Health Services

If you are requesting sponsorship for more than one event for the same organization, please include them all in one sponsorship request

Request Process

Sponsorship requests are reviewed twice each year:

Applications submitted by November 1 will be considered for events occurring January 1- June 30
Applications submitted by May 1 will be considered for events occurring July 1-December 31

All requests for sponsorship should be submitted utilizing the application below.
