20th Annual Witham Health Services Foundation Gala

"Together Toward Tomorrow"

The 20th Annual Gala was held on May 19, 2018 at the Renaissance Indianapolis North Hotel and hosted more than 350 guests! Each year the Foundation chooses one of Witham's many programs to support. This year the Foundation chose the Simulation Training Lab ("sim lab"), which will be housed in the basement level of Witham's new North Pavilion expansion. The Sim Lab will be a new state-of-the-art training center where witham employees can go to seek additional training and master their skills. The Sim Lab will include rooms that mimic a patient room, operating room, pediatrics room and even house the back of an ambulance to help train EMS personnel. A hi-fiedilty simulation manikin will be placed inside each new training room so employees can get hands on experience in real-life situations. The Sim Lab will completely change how we train at Witham Health Services and the Foundation is thrilled to be a part of this exciting new project.

Over $140,000 was raised at this year's sold out Gala and over $45,000 of that was raised specifically for the Simulation Training Lab. If you would ike more information on how you can help, please call Annette Preston at 765-485-8112 or email apreston@witham.org.
