Fill out the form below to send a personal patient greeting to your loved one who currently is a patient at Witham Health Services. This FREE service allows you to stay in touch and offer words of support and encouragement to your family member or friend during their hospitalization.

It's simple and free. All you have to do is complete the following fields of information and your greeting will be delivered within 24 hours (often it is much sooner).

Be sure to click the send button when you are finished. You will receive a notification you're your message has been sent to our Volunteer staff.  Messages will be personally delivered by our Volunteer staff during the following hours:

Monday through Friday: 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.
Saturday and Sunday: 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.
