Tai Chi focuses on building strength, balance, and flexibility through slow, fluid movements combined with relaxing deep breathing. Referred to by the Harvard Medical School as "medication in motion", numerous scientific studies have proven that Tai Chi: increases flexibility and balance, helps with weight loss, improves the immune system, reduces stress, improves blood sugar control. Tai Chi can be practiced regardless of age, weight, or physical ability. It's fun and easy to do! It's an exercise that can be practiced for a lifetime.
