General Admitting & Patient Registration
The Information Desk located at the main entrance of the hospital is staffed Monday through Friday from 5:30 a.m. to 8:30 p.m. and on Saturday and Sunday from 12:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. Hospital staff and volunteers are available to greet patients and visitors entering the hospital. All patients requiring services should check in with our Information Desk so that we can get you to the proper registration area.

During the registration process, information and authorization will be needed for your medical record and financial responsibility. All information will be handled confidentially. We respect your privacy. Please bring all insurance materials with you, including your insurance card and/or Medicare/Medicaid cards.

Other helpful information to bring with you include a medical history, a list of medications you take and your advance directive form, if you have one.

For your convenience and to reduce wait times, patients may be contacted at home by a registration staff member in order to "pre-register" for an upcoming scheduled procedure. By pre-registering, the patient will only need to sign the paperwork, show verification of insurance and identification upon arrival at the hospital.

If you arrive during a non-staffed time at the main registration center, you still be able to register through our 24-hour registration in our ER, which is located just a short walk from main registration. The Witham Health Services Emergency Department is committed to providing quality emergency care in a timely manner.

All patients are treated by Witham Health Services without regard to race, creed, color, sex, religion, ancestry, sexual orientation, marital status, national, origin, economic status, educational background, or the source of payment of care.
